The Broadway Re-Investment Coaltion, BRIC, is a 501c(3) not for profit business development organization providing assistance to businesses which qualify for financial incentives offered through a variety of programs offered by the state, county and local governments. Financial benefits are available to both new and existing businesses seeking growth, expansion and/or relocation, especially within the boundaries of the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), the Riviera Beach CRA, and the Florida Enterprise Zones.

BRIC’s assistance to your business is directed toward helping you achieve significant financial benefits through the acquisition of grants, loans, tax credits, tax refunds and tax abatements. More specifically, BRIC provides the following incentive and financial assistance consulting services:

• Grant applications and business plans for City financial incentive programs.
• Grant applications and business plans for Palm Beach County Economic Development Office business financial incentive programs.
• Qualifying your business and assisting you with financial benefit applications for all eight Florida Enterprise Zone financial incentive programs.
• Qualifying your business and assisting you with financial benefit applications for the Florida Urban Job Tax Credit Program.
• Providing referrals and contacts with banks and business banking officers who can help with your project financing.
• Providing referrals and contacts with real estate companies who can assist in property acquisition services.
• Providing referrals and contacts with architects and contracting entities who can assist you in project preparation.
• Assist you in articulating all components of your business development or relocation project.
• Direct interested parties to the appropriate governmental departments and officials who can assist you in achieving your business goals.

BRIC/CRA Business Development Services

BRIC is currently a consultant to the City of Riviera Beach’s Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) for the redevelopment of the Broadway Corridor. We have contributed to the CRA Grant Incentive Program Procedures for existing and relocating businesses within the CRA boundaries. BRIC’s scope of services with the CRA can be categorized into three general areas:
